What does our return policy cover?
All items purchased on Lindorug can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
The return shipping cost is € 12.90.
If the returned product is not in like-new condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect the decrease in value.
This may occur if the item shows:
- Animal hair.
- Stains from dirt or spilled liquids that were not properly cleaned.
- Signs of wear, damage from washing with incorrect detergents, or other damage.
All items will be carefully inspected upon their return.
You will be responsible if the item is no longer resalable.
Please return the products in the original packaging or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transport.

How does our refund policy work?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping costs for the return are non-refundable, unless the product delivered by Lindorug arrived damaged.
I want to make a change
Considering the current technical settings, it is not possible to make exchanges. If you want a new item, you will need to place a new order.
You just need to return the first order following the normal return procedure.
Once the return is received and processed, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Despite strict quality controls, production errors may occur.
If you have found a production defect in the product received, we invite you to contact our customer service through the contact form below.
To speed up the handling of your complaint, we recommend attaching one or more photos of the defective item along with the form (maximum 2 MB per photo). If you have trouble uploading, you can send us the photos by email, including the order number, at customer@lindorug.com
Please note that visible creases on the rug at the time of unpacking are not to be considered defects. These creases will gradually smooth out with regular use and will disappear even faster after a few washes.
