What does our returns policy cover?
All items purchased from Lindorug can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return shipping costs €12.90.
If the returned product is not in like-new condition, we may reduce your refund to reflect the decrease in value.
This can happen if the article features:
- Animal hair.
- Stains of dirt or spilled liquids that have not been cleaned properly.
- Signs of wear, damage from washing with the wrong detergent or other damage.
All items will be carefully examined upon return.
You will be responsible if the item is no longer resalable.
Please return the products in the original packaging or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transportation.

How does our refund policy work?
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product delivered by Lindorug arrived damaged.
I want to make a change
Due to the current technical settings, no changes are possible. If you want a new item, you will need to place a new order.
You just need to return your first order following the normal return procedure.
Once your return is received and processed, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Despite rigorous quality controls, production errors may occur.
If you have found a manufacturing defect in the product you received, we invite you to contact our customer service via the contact form below.
To speed up the handling of your complaint, we recommend that you attach one or more photos of the defective item along with the form (maximum 2 MB per photo). If you encounter problems uploading, you can send us the photos by email, including the order number, to customer@lindorug.com
Please note that creases visible on the rug when unpacking are not defects. These creases will gradually unravel with regular use and will disappear even more quickly after a few washes.
